Habitat for Humanity of Illinois (HFH-IL)is one of a growing number of State Support Organizations (SSOs) affiliated with Habitat for Humanity International.

HFH-IL is relatively young in its development, drawing inspiration from the accomplishments of other SSOs, which have assisted affiliates with millions of dollars, along with other non-financial help. As a result, hundreds of houses have been built that would not have been otherwise.

HFH-IL is governed by a Board of Directors, whose members are drawn from regions throughout the state. The Board meets quarterly in Willowbrook or Bloomington.
